Welcoming Guests to Orant’s Virtual World
Takulandirani means welcome in Chichewa, the national language of Malawi. We are excited to say takulandirani next week, August 9-14, in Orant’s Virtual World.
Orant Charities Africa welcomes friends from all over the world to visit Malawi–virtually. From the comfort of your own home, you can step into 360 immersive videos that make you feel like you are walking through rural villages, medical centers, and markets. Staff Interviews
We have an amazing lineup of interviews with our staff. They’ll give you the latest news on our initiatives in Water & Sanitation, Education, Agriculture & Business, and Healthcare. Each of our staff members is an expert in their fields. Their passion is contagious and their knowledge is inspiring.
World Tours
Every day at 10 or 11 am and 7 pm Central Time, we will host world tours. Stop in around this time to walk with a guide through Orant’s world. The guide will make your trip all the more meaningful. They’ll help with any technical difficulties, answer all questions, and give a personal overview of both Malawi’s virtual world and its real one.
360 Videos
We have four 360 immersive videos in our world. Each gives you a sneak peek into the day-to-day of our programs. In one, hear from sponsored students. In another, walk with female entrepreneurs through their business routines. In another, see our Water & Sanitation program collaborate with local leaders to ensure well water is clean. Lastly, travel with our Mobile Outreach Clinic to care for the sick in a rural village. Each 360 video lives in our world. They are accessible to view at any time. Explore at your leisure.
Creator Interviews
Interested in 360 video editing? Virtual reality design? Computer programming? We planned interviews with our outstanding creative team. Tune in to learn from the talent who made our virtual experience possible.
