Empowering Our Team, Enhancing Our Impact
Did you know? At Orant Charities we are committed to holistic development and supporting the educational aspirations of our staff. Thus, we offer educational loans to our staff because we love seeing them progress with their education and advance their skills and knowledge. Read our latest blog to learn more about how important this is, not only to our staff but also to the growth of the organisation.
Why is this important?
Our commitment to staff development has a ripple effect, benefiting not only our team members but also the organisation and the communities we serve.
Providing educational loans to our staff is very helpful for our staff development. We believe that by investing in their education, we are investing in their growth which fosters a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Enhanced skills and knowledge gained from education also directly benefit our programs and service delivery which in turn benefits the communities that Orant serves. This means that the communities receive high quality services from well trained and qualified staff.
When we invest in our staff’s education, we motivate them and boost their morale which keeps them well motivated. As you might know, motivation is the spark that ignites excellent work performance. At Orant, we recognize that a well motivated team is the backbone of our success. When our staff is motivated, they deliver exceptional results that inspire communities we serve and transform lives.
Orant’s commitment to staff development goes beyond the educational loans. It extends to personalised coachings and continuous professional training. These initiatives ensure our team possesses the expertise, skills and confidence to excel in their careers.
“The personalised coachings and continuous trainings have greatly helped me in my career growth. They have fostered growth, expertise and success in my career path for the past 3 years I’ve been with Orant, and I am glad to be part of the team that loves learning and invests in learning,” says Praises Padambo, our Communications and Marketing Officer.
What we love the most about our educational loans is that they are given to our staff at zero interest rate, which lifts a huge burden off their shoulders.
Join us in empowering our team and Inspiring Communities!
